New Moon Transition Ritual

October 18th, 2017

A nature-based ceremony for releasing the past, welcoming the present, and inviting the future.

We all face small and large life transitions, and if we don’t honour the spiritual significance of these changes, it can be hard to fully integrate them. Whether we welcome the change or not, we need to let go of what was in order to make space for what’s coming.

Our lives are filled with changes, but if we don’t mark the spiritual significance of these changes, it can be hard to fully integrate them.

~ Your family moves to a new house, or a parent moves into long-term care.
~ You’re promoted, let go, start a new business, or retire
~ A romantic relationship ends, or a new one begins
~ You go back to school, graduate, or send a child off to university
~ Your physical capacity changes due to injury or aging.
~ You declare bankruptcy, receive an inheritance, or make a commitment to a new way of managing your money.
~ A significant birthday feels like a pivot point between one stage of life and another.

The sacred space of a New Moon Transition Ritual creates a container in which to acknowledge what’s leaving, honour the challenges of the in-between time, and open to the future with intention and awareness.
