The heart of this course is a series of 60-minute interviews with people who are working in this field in a wide variety of ways. We explore these questions and more:

~ How did you get into this work? Do you charge for your services?  If you operate as a business, how is that working?

There's nothing like hearing from other practitioners to help you discover your place in the growing Death Midwifery movement.

Nothing special - just access to the internet and a computer.

Two important points

What this course is, and what it isn't

This course will teach you about Death Midwifery as an emerging profession. It doesn't teach the skills you need to serve as a Death Midwife or Death Doula.

After completing the course, you may decide that you want to learn more about a specific aspect of this field, and pursue training in that area.

The course will help you clarify what training you might need, and show you how to choose a program that's right for you.

Don't quit your day job yet

Death Midwifery is an exciting new field, and the aging Boomer demographic is creating opportunities for many new and innovative business models. It's important to know that this is not yet an established profession.

If you're drawn to supporting dying people and their families, it's a beautiful and inspiring way to make a living. Be prepared learn a lot, and grow your business organically.

Best of all, get ready to join some incredible, kind, and passionate colleagues, and to be part of creating an important and meaningful new social movement.
